Privacy principles for enquiries and website use.

This draft explains the intended handling of contact information and website data. It requires review by a qualified Indian privacy professional before launch.

This policy is intended to cover information submitted through the C3I website, ordinary business communications and basic technical data generated when the website is used.

2. Information that may be collected

  • Name, phone number and email address
  • Service category and brief enquiry information
  • Consent and communication preferences
  • Basic server logs required for security and operation

Highly sensitive investigation material should not be submitted through the public contact form.

3. Purpose of processing

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess service suitability, communicate about a requested engagement, maintain security and comply with applicable obligations.

4. Access and disclosure

Access should be restricted to authorised personnel and service providers with a legitimate operational need. Information should not be sold. Disclosure may occur where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights and security.

Retention periods should be defined according to the purpose of collection, contractual requirements, legal obligations and security considerations. The production policy must state specific retention rules.

6. Security

Reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards should be used. No public website or email system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies and analytics

The current static build does not intentionally include advertising trackers. Any future analytics, embedded maps, chat tools or marketing technologies must be disclosed and configured with appropriate consent controls.
